The Constitutional Club — is an expert forum to discuss the problems and possibilities of constitutional development in Russia. Constitutional Club unites many "founding fathers" of the post-soviet Russian statehood, members of the constitutional process of the late 1980s and early 1990s, prominent lawyers, political scientists, historians, sociologists and economists.
